Aero Star Aviation is rapidly growing into the #1 alternative for Embraer Phenom 100 /300 and Praetor 500/600 Maintenance and Management in North America.

​Aero Star’s corporate headquarters and hangars are in Dallas, TX at Love Field. The company continues to make significant expansion moves since its inception in 2013. Growing from two smaller hangars with a mere 16,000 total square feet, to three larger hangars totaling 82,000 square feet and 48,000 square feet of office space. The continued growth brings additional labor opportunities, all while continuing to accommodate the growing demand for exceptional Embraer Maintenance.
 

Aero Star has recently implemented AI (Ava) into their maintenance process to streamline the technician’s troubleshooting procedures. The data accessed by Ava is powered by Aero Star’s years of knowledge and experience on the Phenom100 and 300. Ava can deliver intuitive support to the technicians, providing instant access to important maintenance data.

 

The newly added advancement provides information instantly, without the delays of traditional document searches or manual troubleshooting. Ava will increase the accuracy of the repairs, along with accelerating the process of the maintenance timeline.
